LET’S’ executive director Heather McCain was interviewed by Stephen Gillis from UBC for the Listen podcast. This podcast is part of the Virtual Team-Based Care study, which aims to humanize virtual care. Virtual care is health care delivered by phone or videoconference, and it is rapidly becoming more common. Heather spoke about (can you include what you talked about here).
